Thank you for your interest in reserving a rabbit from an upcoming litter at Wildflower Creek Lops Farm! We are excited to match our beautiful Lops with their forever homes. Please review our reservation policy carefully before submitting a deposit.

 

General Policy & Rabbit Offerings

*Closed Rabbitry Policy: We operate as a closed rabbitry. This means visits, viewing of rabbits before pickup, or introductions to current pets are not permitted. We thank you for understanding this policy, which is in place to protect the health and safety of our entire herd.

 * First-Come, First-Served: Reservations are handled on a strict first-come, first-served basis, determined by the time and date the required deposit is received.

 * Breeder's Pick: The breeder reserves the absolute right to have the first pick from every litter before reservations are opened to the public.

 * Reservation Opening: Reservations will first be offered exclusively to members of our private group, Wildflower Creek Lops Bunny Hop, for a period of 48 hours before being made publicly available.

 * Rabbit Offerings: We specialize in Holland Lop rabbits only, offering both standard colors and color projects, including Vienna-marked and non-Vienna carriers/non-Vienna rabbits.

 

Deposits and Payments

 * Deposit Amount: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the full purchase price is required to secure your reservation and it not transferable to a different rabbit.

 * Deposit Application: The deposit is applied directly toward the final purchase price of the rabbit.

 * Payment Method: All payments (deposit and final balance) must be made through Venmo Friends and Family only. Please specify which rabbit by name in the deposit.  

 * Final Balance: The remaining balance of the purchase price is due the day before the scheduled pickup date.

 

 * Buyer Responsibility: Please ask all questions upfront before placing a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, even if you decide the rabbit is not right for you after placing the deposit.

 

Included with Purchase

 * Pedigrees: All rabbits will come with a pedigree, unless they are specifically sold to a pet-only home.

 * Transition Feed: A small bag of transition feed will be supplied with your purchase.

Pick-Up Instructions

* Final Payment is due 24 hours before pickup and transport.

* Confirm date, place, and time beforehand.

* Please bring carrier with you for pickup.

* You must sign the sales policy before final sale is accepted.

Refunds, Rehoming, and Liabilities

​

 * Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable if the buyer chooses to change their mind, decides they no longer want the rabbit, or fails to complete the purchase by the agreed-upon date.
